Be sure that you are logging in with your username without the "". The password is your email password.

You can reset your password here, with your A00 (or SSN) and PIN number. If you cannot remember your PIN, enter your A00 (or SSN) and then click the forgot PIN link below the login box. You will be prompted to answer your security question in order to reset your PIN. Once you have a working PIN, please try the above link again.
